We’ve got a bunch of different sessions but one thing remains the same – it’ll be a workout you’ll look forward to. Because we just want to make humans feel good.

All classes are carefully curated to suit every experience level so whether you’re a beginner or Pilates pro, we’ve got you covered.

You might want to push your body to the limit and sweat the day away, or simply just come along for the good times and to move in a beautiful space.

Whatever the destination - we’ll make sure you enjoy the journey. We move our bodies, we feed our minds, and have a laugh (or two) along the way.

Our Beginners

First time trying reformer pilates? Join us for Our Beginners class where we introduce you to the reformer and take you through introductory exercises with a focus on alignment and breath. We recommend at least one beginner class if you haven’t been acquainted with reformer before.

Our Reform

Move, strengthen and flow in Our Reform. This is our signature full body reformer class designed to build strength, improve endurance and support balanced, efficient movement. Expect a dynamic workout that leaves you feeling strong, connected and energised. All levels welcome.

Our Power

Our Power is a strong, athletic reformer class designed to challenge your whole body. Expect heavier springs, slower tempo and longer time under tension to build strength, power and muscular endurance. This is a more demanding class that will leave you feeling worked, capable and strong.This class is designed for intermediate to advanced Pilates legends.

OurJump

Our Jump is a dynamic, cardio focused reformer class using the jumpboard to build strength, stamina and coordination while staying low impact on the joints. Expect elevated heart rates, strong legs, sweaty smiles and a serious endorphin boost.

Our Strength

Our Strength is a reformer class designed around true strength training principles. This class is slower and more intentional than a traditional Pilates flow. Our Strength is about developing strength that carries over into everyday life, helping you feel strong, capable, and confident in your body.

Our Stretch

Our Stretch is your invitation to slow right down. This class focuses on gentle mobility, supported stretches and mindful movement to release tension, improve range of motion and leave you feeling open, grounded and calm. Perfect if your body is feeling tight, tired or just craving a little extra care.

Our Bubs

An intimate class designed for parents and their little ones. In this nurturing and inclusive environment, you can enjoy the benefits of Pilates while staying close to your bub.
